At AquaHaven™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used in water, show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
- Clearance or promotional sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes for delivered products may be contested with the payment provider using shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and customer communications.
