Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Other International Destinations: 7–20 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
AquaHaven™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, AquaHaven™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
